What's Next Exec? is a hands-on, comprehensive workshop for executives that prepares you for your future role as an independent contributor.

Two experienced professionals in the field of leadership development, executive consulting and executive transition—David Krueger, MD and Art Wilson—lead this interactive program. The 2 1/2 day workshop equips you with the knowledge, perspective, tools and skills you need to prepare early for the next phase of your life.

Enrollment

Interview by one of the What's Next Exec? leaders prior to the two-day workshop

Self-assessment question set completed in advance for your use during the workshop

Group discussions integrated with personal exercises to help you:

  • explore your individual priorities

  • develop a plan that prepares you for your upcoming transition

  • assess priorities in both your personal and professional life

  • create an actionable strategy that leverages your skills, experiences and relationships

  • Sunday morning half-day discussion facilitated by the leaders, focused on engaging your spouse or significant other in the transition conversation. Your partner is welcome to join in this optional discussion.
